What is your Communication Style?

Are you aware of your natural communication style? If you find it hard to connect with someone, it may be that your style is different to theirs. For example, if your predominant style is visual, you will use words such as "The way I see it" "I picture it like this" or simply "I see".

You will find it easier to communicate with people who "speak the same language". Your style might be visual, auditory, or auditory digital, or kinaesthetic.

Check the way you communicate with our FREE questionnaire. This provides an introduction to the subject of neuro linguistic programming, or NLP for short. It describes the fundamental dynamics between the mind (neuro) and language (linguistic) and how their interplay effects our body and behaviour (programming).
