Here are some scenarios where communication can be particularly challenging:
Your manager is acting in a way that makes it difficult for you to
do your job. You need to discuss this with him without damaging his ego
and making the situation worse.
Your business partner is not pulling their weight. You need to do something about it, so the situation improves.
Your
employee performs is being abrupt with customers and it is having a
negative effect on your business. You need to address this issue in a
constructive way.
Every situation is unique, with many variables.
There is no “correct approach” in human interaction; but if you use the
tools outlined in this workbook, you will have a greater awareness to
help you move in the right direction.
