Sometimes we miss the obvious......

Reading Karen's article I must admit I suddenly realised everything she wrote was right. I do have great staff and I do feel it is my responsibility to make all the decisions and this must be wrong. A light just went on in my head and I will be following it up first thing Monday morning.
